Honestly, the best way is via torrent, it will go much faster. Are you familiar with Torrents?

then follow the installation guide: http://www.dbocom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5798
and there ya go
but u have to wait for the download to finish before following the guide, the download speed depends on ur connection
