So i tried to patch it to english
(I already have it on C:\Program Files\DBO_CT_TW\pack)
And it says complete, but when i get ingame, i keep seeing stuff in chinese, any help over there?

That's the wrong map.
IT's in C:\Program Files\DBO_TW\localize\TAIWAN\pack

Everyone is doing it wrong.,,,

Did you re-patch it via the launcher as to fix any mis-downloads/corruptions, then launch it in the C:\Program Files\DBO_TW\localize\TAIWAN\pack folder?

Have you run it as administrator?

Have you made lang0.pack not read-only?

But that is the file...
It must work.
Can you take a screen shot of your file maybe?

Fixed it. I just need to restart. Gonna post this, if anyone has the same problem:

1.- Repatch the game
2.- Restart your computer
3.- Put the patch where it needs to go.
4.- Run the patch as Administrator
5.- ???
6.- Profit
