Thats spoiling fighters even more 
Fix crit system then dbo will be even more fair, fighters don't need even more boosts than they already have
Why
2 1 shotting needles
too much dex
a buff that gives 50% speed right there
instant transmission
an AOE
Dodge and Hit rate system messed up so yeah, can't be hit easily
Honestly I see your a fighter and that gives me the reason you say

Making your race the strongest is messed up, I mean SK and fighter are over populated and they keep boosting them? Give other classes boosts.I mean DW is becoming extinct, ya know why?
Sk and fighters are the most OP class? Well imma play them  . Then when they one shot people with their needle/ bold strike they claim to be OP.

Just sent them an email, with a video of how to do the HTB/Dodge pot bug.
Hopefully this will get a reply, and shortly fixed, but that's just a hope.
