Decided to make a Plasma Majin for the purpose of Solo PVE and possible end game PVE. Looking for a build and possible explanations for skill choices. Thanks.

I prefer this less offensive a bit more balanced for other roles in a party, I definitely would max out the aoe plasma confuse which is great for trolling lol especially when there are so many people using attack speed and tbh human extinction attack isn't that powerful.
