Well, I was bored and decided to download DBO again. I find my lvl 50 Karma Majin still there surprisingly, but the skills are all reset.

I'm basically a newbie atm, so now is a good time as any to request an ideal Karma build. Any suggestions?

I will after I decide on the build. Btw, how come the special attacks in these builds aren't used? Something wrong with them?

Oh, and my Majin's name is CrisisV.

In PvE Karma's speciality is attack speed + debuffs on boss.
For 1vs1 Karma mostly uses KD spam strategy + skill lock spam (its spamable with RP),stun,confuse & some auto attack here and there...lots of interrupting. You will need lots of focus & success rate for 1vs1.

Special attacks as in Homing Storm, but I see. Thanks for the tip. Although wouldn't I be doing low damage in PvE? Or should I stay away from soloing and always stick with a party?

It's both PvE and PvP but you could either do both and that's what the buffs are for to strengthen that low damage in PvE... It's alright to solo
