i have 8 SP books so i was wondering if i could improve. So if you guys have any suggestions i will improve it when i reach lvl 70. I am currently lvl 66

Whats purpose of this build? Tanking or farming?

I would remove Dragon Strike, Cyclone and Sharp Slice and max Kaioken, Powerful Roar and improve Giant Ground Wave to 3/4.
