So it seems that all the builds I make are garbage for some reason to ... certain ... people, would this be a good SK PvP build? And Master Champion only 5/6 because I needed some room to squeeze in Kaioken ....

Anti crit its mandatory to SKs, you will die agains a good MA if you dont have it.

2/4 becouse you can use RP CD or time increase.
IMO, i would use Jocer build but mystic attack lv 1 and kaio lv 3.
