build is ok, I just skim it as for gear go full con, prop/CD and speed staff and scroll. I know you know what gear to use but just telling you because people might not know.

When u get hit by a boss after taking a bit of aggro something like 16 k u will die no matter how much ur lp% is
Just to let u know CON is most important
Don't get absorb its ****… I tried it very bad skill not needed
PvE = GN so max all the GN moves
The BUILD that Darkclox just posted its great and should work for you very well.
GEAR: In my heal i used CON, couse i had little LP while i wear CD accesorys. besides in pvp when a SK or ultima are using reflect, that reflect ignores lp %, but cant ignore CON. Whit MA too. if they land a crit higher than your LP remaining you will die, crits ignore LP % (if they are higher then ur life) but not CON.
But that doesnt change the fact that for pure PVE lp % its better. so i would say
