This shouldn't be in the guide section. It should be, at least I think, in the section for whatever server you're trying to play, and in the sub-section of tech and account support. And you should take a screen shot of whatever error you're getting. It might help people know what's going wrong, so they can give you the right info for fixing it. It might also help if you read the first few threads in that section, maybe the same problem you're having is already in a thread, and the solution is there.

Ok, I've done what he told me to do. But when I try to open the launcher, I get the install that dll. file and it says try to reinstall the program. Well I've re installed it but still the same thing..

Btw: I have a intel core i3 laptop.. :l

Does it say "The program can't start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer..."?

If so check the 'Troubleshooting section of the english patch download page here: http://www.dbocom.com/tools/english-patch/

EDIT: Nevermind, I realized this probably isn't the problem you're having. I'm not familiar with any other .dll errors, so you're better off getting advice from someone else. In the meantime try using the search function (Google custom search bar near the top of the page). Just type in 'dll' and you should find a few threads that might have a solution for you.
