I cant talk to any NPC. i click them just like ussual but nothing happends. I tryed re-login, restarting computer, RE-DOWNLOADING..... still nothing.
This happended at the same time i downloaded DBO HK. i started playing HK and when i log in TW i couldnt talk to any npc, so i cant teleport, i cant go to rank, i cant see my mail, i cant check AH i cant do nothing. I tryed un installing HK too but was no good.
If someone had the same problem please share the solution

Try to close all of your Internet comsuming programs, like a torrent download, an updater, or useless website you have open, and try to get as close as you can get to your router (that is if you are in a laptop)

still doesnt work, but i dont have high ping :/ i have good internet and didnt notice any lag in comparation whit normal days on dbo.
If you don't live in TW, you have high ping. Back when I used to play I had this problem before. It was because my internet was acting up. It really is an internet connection problem, as soon as my internet got fixed, I could talk to the NPCs again.
Happened to me too today 3 times. I restarted my modem a few times, didn't fix. The server has really huge lag today, got teleported from mob to teleporter once xD. The server just got crashed
