I assume u don't have good EQ so it will be hard to farm using SK. For UD/TMQ your role is to tank so while fighting a boss focus on keeping aggro. U can do that by buffing yourself with Dragon's Will and attacking boss first. My combo is like that: Dragon's Will(self buff)->Bold Strike->Life Drain->Hellzone Grenade->Slash and it keeps going round till you kill boss.
When u fight against mobs try to take as biggest lur as u can,than cast deception with RP on duration and find a spot where u can can them on the smallest area, so that turtle can one shoot them all. If mobs won't die than use Violent Slice with RP on duration and than Self Destruction Wave.
