i didnt play for a year and i want to know if it stops the web depot from getting items

Depends on the event for items they hand out. Some events require you to play for x amount of time in game order to receive the items. Other events just hand out items in your web depot.

its more like this for the event webdepot:

Every account of your's needs to be online for 1 hr every day until 30 days has past or something near 20 days ...
but if you are online on every day you will gain good stuff like wagu coins to make your chance to get good stuff from wagu machine :D
