H-...How do you even get "agility" out of "fist-fighting attack?"
As I posted on the previous page :
格鬥 = Fist-fighting/Melee/physical
攻擊 = attack
力 = power
弱化 = weaken
術 = technique
The stat for "Physical Attack" is 格鬥攻擊力. How do you get agility out of that? None of those Chinese characters even come close to having the connotations for "agility."

ah now you see i screwed up i translated it as:
弱化 = attenuation
attenuation - the gradual loss in intensity of any kind
where as you translated it as:
弱化 = weaken
My bad i seen that the skill had a marked effect on Agility and presumed that it was an attenuation of agility rather than a general weakening of all stats.
linguistic connotation can be subjective and apparently i was mistaken, sorry chaps

Since I didnt want to create a new thread for this i will add it here.
Basically i found that this 印章狀態變化 wasn't trasnlated, asking a chinese friend he said that is the Dojo fight item you use to change the dragon pillar to your side, it means literally this.
印章 = stamp or seal
狀態= state
變化 = change
"i guess in DBO the stamp is found in dojo right?"
"the item on the pilar"
that's what he said, basically stamp stands for the item the shenron statue is holding the scroll with a Seal, so i came up with this trasnlation
"Change the Shenron's seal State" for it. what do you think? do you have any better translations?
also he said that "the green one...Hmmm let me think...it is "道場印章控制器" which means 道場= dojo 印章= stamp/seal 控制器 = controller" the green item name is Dojo Seal Controller.

Dojo seal Item.
dojo seal controller, to long in translation. you can write just "dojo seal' / "dojo stamp" so the players will understand the intent of that item.

I'm surprised the npc of the saiba boy walking around isn't saibaman or saibaboy. i'd like to help with the translations in the quests

add here everything you think it should change as it didnt fit the actual trasnlations:
here are my finds
- LP recovery shouldnt say, recover x Lp when in combat, it should say , recover 21% lp when hit(fixed myself)
- also i've seen some Increase stamina by 4 when it should say increase constitution by 4

i think the quest instructions need to be translated ex: when an npc is talking to you or telling you the quest details

I discovered the game like a couple of years ago. Back then I think you could only create an account if you had a korean ID, so i was quite disappointed and forgot about the game. I do not know how or why I, but I checked on the game again and discovered that not only its playable, but a full translate is on the way also.
Just wanted to say, TERRIFIC JOB here! Many thanks, cant wait to try the game!
