I would love an english DBO to be released, but im 100% ok with supporting KR, TW, or HK DBO as long as it eventually has a nice juicy english patch with all the good stuff translated. Although i feel like I would miss alot of the chinese characters(alphabet) if they translate it all. I dont even like watching Dragonball in English

personally, I Think They're Being A Little Foolish Not Bringing Dbo Here. Considering The Trouble We're Going Through Playing It Blind, There Must Be At Least 1000 People For Every One Of Us Who Either Haven't Heard Of Dbo, Are Too Lazy To Go Through The Trouble To Download/patch The Game Or Set Up An Account On A Foreign Site, Or Don't Wanna Bother With A Game That Isn't Even In English. I Bet They Could Make Back All The Money They Would Lose From The Loss Of Hk, Tw, And Kr With The Release Of Dbo Here.

not so much, i mean i understand what you are saying but honestly i would have my doubts.

clearly localizing the game isnt that difficult after all the community is doing so as we speak without funding and using a client side workaround rather than server side resources but there must be a reason and more than likely a financial reason as to why the game has not been released in Europe and Japan that we as yet are not aware of.

Likely reasons are as follows:

-The age of the franchise
-licensing issues with the english translation with Funimation
-lack of specific interest from polls
-server costs for an EU or JP location
-server maintenance outsourcing to a partner company
-translation costs to paid translators and coders
-Tax and business costs for digital distribution of virtual materials in EU
-Cash shop legal red tape
-simple cost of advertising
-staff costs and admin costs for EU forums and account servers
-conventional merchandising limitations

the list can go on but thats the vast majority covered. I don't want to put the game down but it has been three years since launch and it hasn't even bee translated and distributed in the language the anime and manga was originally produced in due to lack of interest.

I have said it once and i will say it again, if we want to see DBO in english we are going to have to do it ourselves.

you people are forgetting one of the big reasons they wont open a whole other server in the eu or america is because they cant afford to lose most of tw's and maybe 30% of hks population over night, if the american version were released. tw and hk would be dead and thats a fact

Reason they wont release this game in europe is cus of lack of money they rather keep the money. Maybe after crisis a change for dbo cus right now countrys in europe have no money.

@kongdonte ur saying in eu or america but what county in europe u mean then? Cus no country here have money maybe only netherlands have bit money and i dont think rutte want to put money into a game

In 2015 most of us already stopped play this game lol

I think you are pretty wrong on that factor. You can't speak for all of us. I for one will be playing this game forever. I'm probably one of the most die hard fans of DBZ and to me this game is a dream come true. I won't be leaving this game at all, I'll be here till it dies.
