When I launch up DBO (Dragon ball online, obviously) It'll go pass the Nprotect gameguard without any problems, then as DBO is loading it stays that way. My cursor is moving in circles as though it's loading, when it's not. The most annoying part of it all is when I try to exit out of DBO (even through deleting the process in task manager) it goes unresponsive. Then i'm left to force restart my laptop.
I don't know what could have caused this to occur, as this game has been working perfectly fine on my Laptop before ( I was playing it then it suddenly crashed, then was unable to launch it successfully ever since ).
Any fixes?, please suggest. Any piece of advice is accepted.
I had a similar problem a few months ago. It turns out it was my connection to the TW servers. Try shutting off your internet for 10 minutes and restart it. This should hopefully fix the problem.

I've found out that I can progress pass this problem by waiting 20-30 minutes for it to pass through this 'black screen' ultimately meaning this game is taking up to half an hour just to launch. But unfortunately, the problems don't end here, when the game loads up the logo's video (NTL, Cayenne tech, netmarble icon), it'll freeze when the last icon pops up (it stays there) and the menu screen soundtrack begins playing, yet the screen is still frozen on this icon. The cursor changes to the correct cursor of DBO too. Perhaps there's something wrong with my graphics card?
