You didn't make it up. Now you may have been one of the first to do so (Which I highly doubt), but that even still doesn't make it your idea, or even 'your thing' at all. These are common things, and common ideas. You didn't make up squat pal. So don't say people are "stealing" them from you, cause they weren't yours to start with pal.
Machinima and roleplay series have been around since recording game footage was a possibility. Even before DBO, Dragonball machinima already existed in ESF (which allows more freedome mind you). Most Dragonball related ideas and concepts were already thoroughly explored in that so claiming rights to such ideas would be silly. Just make it as entertaining as you possibly can.
