I have no idea how to tell what items are better. Is there any hints to know what bonuses are except for the LP or EP obvious ones?

I don't know anything about what the TW version stats looks like, but I am sure you will figure it out eventually. You could browse through the Pictures and Videos section of this forum and learn some of the basics in the meanwhile. Other than that, simply ask in-game, and there's sure to be a friendly soul helping you as you advance :-)

FOr equitment it wold be best if you do LP% on Jakcet LP% on pants and CON% boots tahts for PvE and Earings with Proporties thats it and elseyou will find out
