1. Uninstall Game
2. Delete DBO_TW_CT file in Program Files
3. Delete everything DBO releated
4. Re-install Game
5. Do not put in english patch. See if it works. if it works then use it
Thank you Jocer you actually helped I have DBO I deleted every taiwan game I had got the MOST recent game version then it was running No ERROR came and before I know it DBO was working. :)
K delete everything DBO stuff (like Jocer said)
Uninstall
Re-Install
Patch
Don't install English Patch, and delete everything that is english patch
