Theres bus stops in the sacred land of korin but no busses, it feels kinda pointless to have bus stops and put them in if they are not going to put busses or transport into the map

From what I understand, they're left over from the game's beta testing, where there actually were buses there or buses that were going to be worked in. At this point, there's no need for buses because everyone can use a scooter, fly, dash, etc. to get to their destinations. It's like why humans still have a tailbone -- it's left over from when we had a tail.
