You are asking for help but you are not giving enough information to go on. Maybe screenshots and in depth explanations would be helpful.

Welp, not to be a pain or anything but, I've followed all these steps in creating the account. However, when I go to DBO to log-in, it gives me this message that's in Japenese. I push 'Ok', but it just takes me back to the log in screen. I checked my e-mail to make sure there wasn't an verification email or something, but nothing came up in my email. If anybody has some advise, I'd very much appreciate it. o-o

three months ago, I was already had this problem .. but I solved this problem with run DBO as administrator

only this way that can solve the problem "cannot logged in to DBO"

P/S : it work for me.. but idk if it work to u.. !! ^_^
