You need to download the chinese simplified language pack.

If that doesn't work try to reinstall DBO without putting in english patch.

If you're using Windows 7, you just need to change your locale to Taiwan (on the non-unicode option from the admin tab). It'll ask you to restart your PC. After restarting, it'll be installed, so test in DBO to see if the problem has been fixed.

If so, you should be able to change the option back to your own country and restart again without having this issue show up again.

I would suggest not using the English patch.It corrupts the game too much

Take out english patch.

Re-patch.

Run game if i works then exit game.

Apply english patch normally. (Remember to check-off "Read-Only")

its without the english patch too in the orriginal state
