There's no rule against posting a user's name. Any screenshots that have been deleted in the past for showing a name have always broken one of the other rules. For the most part, it was because they were intentionally inflammatory to the users who were in the image. For instance, someone posting an image of their character standing on the corpse of a rival guild member and bragging about it.

If someone wants to have a thread where they keep a record of the tournament boards, I wouldn't have a problem with it. As long as there's no special attention being given to certain tournaments or certain matches by the OP, then it won't be breaking any rules.

However, I don't think one thread for each tournament would be necessary, instead I'd recommend having a single thread, where old tournaments are spoilered out of the first post when they become irrelevant.

That's true, just 1 thread and a edited post.

Flame wars will come if someone will make those budoukai boards also there is the rule which was created by MR. Citrinate Do not call other users out for something they've done in-game. How i have to follow the rules, when even the creator of these rules wants to break some...
You will need to change rule but if u change it its gonna be even more flame wars...

Well then i guess i did a mistake by deleting Lolaus pictures but still i remember a picture showing a budokai board and behind were some characters of users without censored names. They were alive and great but still the pictures were deleted a few times.

@Jocer the idea is not bad but it will be a bit confusing with so many pictures...if u or someone plans to capture every match.
