no your wrong, ive been playing poko for a long time. KOK is optional, for pve kok is very optional a lot of ppl prefer not to use it. The reason is cuz pokos have bad EP drain and kaioken makes it worse, poko will not be a very good healer, but i did leave 3 sp, incase you do want kaioken cuz its still helpful for farming and attack speed.
cd reduce, also not necessary, i get by fine without it, the reason is because alot of abilities like kamis determination, and kami`s light have their own cooldown reduction ability, so if you buff yourself first combined with the increase duration, you save 3 sp and you wil be fine.
restore lp pre sec? what do you mean? the healing over time? i have both of those maxed.
kami`s determination does not need to be maxed, 3 is quite good. Kami`s retreat is another optional because assuming you have a party, the tank should take the aggro and if ppl do come after you, you should be able to heal yourself and stun until your party takes the aggro again.
Ep passive, i feel its not necessary because for 3 sp you only get 452 ep, thats not very much and i dont feel its worth it, and AGAIN in a pve situation, i never find myself running out of ep that fast, by lvl 70 you should have tons of pots, and if you have proper gear you should have enough ep that the passive is a waste of 3 SP.
and finally, in that build i left 3 sp for option, you can put in kaioken, cooldown reduction,EP passive get kami`s retreat, or max out kami`s determination, what ever you feel is most important. Personally for pure pve, I would say its best to get kami`s retreat and make kami`s determination 4 even though it wont be maxed, it will be more than strong enough. but you most definitely do not need all of those things, my poko is lvl 70, and ppl are surprised how helpful i can be in tmqs and dungeons.
