okay so i went to log in (Wasabi web) and i forgot my password.Is there a way to recover my password bec i dont understad japanese. I have searched the forum and nothing was helpfull.

According to previous posts by other users, you cannot recover your password unless you call Wasabii's customer service. You're going to have to remember it on your own. =/ I tried poking around the Wasabii website as well, but I had no luck with finding a password recovery form.
sorry but all u can do is either remember your pw or create a new account. and next time write on a paper your id and pw so u wont forget them again in the future
i think not hack i got a mail but i dont understand wht is the mean because my english is not good ...that why i can't solve the problem....plz help me any one can tell me email address i sent u the mail and tell me wht is the serious problem....
