I hope your not reffering to the Red guild with that comment and the No Guild VS Guild rule for server 2 was made because both sides can't control their emotions and have to resort to pointless flame wars when either side achieves something. Rules are meant to be followed and if someone has a problem with that then that's their problem.

Everyone pretty much covered it. GvG threads on the TW server 2 generate too much hostility from all sides.
The infraction system is also set up so that users can learn the rules. If they understand them and choose to follow them, they'll be forgiven. If not, they'll receive harsher penalties. If they feel they've been wronged, they have the ability to appeal an infraction, and moderators are always checking each other's work.
The system is just starting out, so certain point values and timers may need adjusting, but so far it's doing it's job well.
