Hi everyone! A friend of mine joined the game a couple of weeks ago. I told him to go to WebDepot almost once a week to pick the gifts wasabii gives each time you login... But his WebDepot is always empty! He is online almost everyday but he gets nothing in his depot (we checked 1 week after the first login and then yesterday).. However I still receive gifts in my WebDepot, so WebDepot is giving gifts to users, but he doesn't get them.. Did anything change in wasabii mechanics with the latest updates? Does he have to "activate" his WebDepot, or something like that?

No, there shouldn't be an activate button, as web depot should automatically work with his account. I'm not sure why he wouldn’t be receiving any items and unfortunately I do not think there is a solution to the problem.

I have several friends with the same problem. All of them started to play after the lv70 patch came, so that must have something to do. However I still receive items too, so it must be something with those who joined like a month ago or less.
