I am making this thread so that anyone who was windows 8, or knows how to fix the compability issue can speak out. Please only post a answer that solves the problem not a 're-install older running system'. I've tried running each one on a different service pack and it still won't work. I am going to email wasbai about compatibility because this is going to be a major problem when the actual running system is released in October.

i dont have windows eight but i think i know what you can do first right click dbo then click properties then you click the compatibility if it is not checked check it then click the bar below it i have windows vista so i wouldnt know..

Um,my friend was using w8. But he couldnt play cs 1.6 dbo and so on. About dbo,its just crash (green bug). We tryed to slove this,but no luck.

Yeah this, I've tried re-installing etc. but I'm still not sure, do we know what the green bug symbolizes?
