Well here are some tips that helps with dragonball hunting

1.)Find a area that has tons of mobs
2.))Have good gear and lp and ep items
3.)))fight 2 db mobs at the same time there will be atleast 1 drop

Best way is killing 'Supers' or 'Crates'. The drop rate of them give +10%
