I decided to uninstall and reinstall my game because I kept getting some error after I patched earlier.
I downloaded the Taiwan version from that wasabii.com like I did last time.
After I did that I clicked run and waited about 10 minutes for the message asking if I want to allow the program or cancel. I clicked on allow and nothing popped up.
It has been about 20-30 minutes now and nothing has popped up yet.
I was having this problem last time and I don't know how but I got it to work.
I've been trying all the things I did last time but nothing seems to be working.

Anyone know how I can get the installer to finally open up??

Nothing on that link helped.
I tried both the regular download and the torrent download from the dbo.wasabii.com or whatever and neither of them are working for me.
I click accept for it to open up the installer and the installer just never opens.
Is there another link where I can download the Taiwan version that actually works??

Finally got it to open up and I installed the game.
Also reinstalling helped me fix the C++ error I've been getting too so I no longer get that.
Is the English patch working though??
