Only turtles can use the book yes, but they can share the pot to other classes. The swordsmen cannot use the book on his own, he needed a turtle to use the book/pot on him.
u just klick another char and use the book, than he will get the benefit from the book. if u do it on fighters they cant use dodge pot xD but they need to remove buff from book first lol
