TW is the best version so go there, all the rest are harder to make an account and are crappy imo.
Taiwan - has the majority of the english community.
Korea - Its crap since its hard to make an account and theres a curfew law that will lock you out and you wont be able to play the game during certain hours.
Hong Kong - not too good not many people to play with so it will be hard to play with english speaking players, forming a party will be impossible.

You say that while i'll be sitting here enjoying my 10 skill resets and the free ones ill get every month. I'll also be buying U60 stones for less than 10k and be enjoying the friendliest players and the best events. We get fastest updates too and best items. TW might have the majority of the english community but on a ratio of the friendliest english players, KR has more friendly english players than TW does. Curfew also only applies to child accounts.

I like korean but when I first started playing there was no english player and I was really lost. It kinda hard to get in the game if you dont know someone who already playing it so I pick TW just cuz there more english player.

Skill resets? Hmm, if someone does research like I do, on builds, then you do not need to use them at all. I've never needed to use a skill reset book, and if I did it was given to me free by wasabii. I'm happy with my friends in TW, I voice chat with about 7 or more people each day. There are bad and friendly people where ever you go, so unless you can provide some sought of evidence/statistic that KR has more friendly players then go ahead. We all have different definitions on the word "friend" anyway.
At the end of the day we all have different opinions on which version is the "best". As long as we all play the version we have fun on then I do not see any problem.

Tw is easy version
If u want more challenge in ur quests cc tmq pvp etc go kr
Also tempest that law only for accounts under 16 years
And i find creating acc for kr pretty easy only thing u need is a korean phone
And kr gets everything a first
And who cares about ENGLISH community
The most of people are not even from america or england
In tw dbo and as kanden says foreigners seems to be going back to kr
Aswell old friends and new
And swordman i agree with u that koreans are very friendly
So choose ur dbo version and enjoy it
Dont forget making the people friendly and having fun on dbo is all in ur own hands...

In my opinion, you make your own experience in-game. I personally have a great time with the Taiwanese version and would not consider swapping to a different version.
In the end, we are all fans of DragonBall/DragonBall Z, and we want to immerse ourselves in this world!

All the god damm time I see this TW vs KR vs HK stuff so let me ask you:
-Why did people leave KR in the first place if its so damm good?
Answer: What is as overall community unhappy with the freaking main version of the game?
-Why where KR people begging to merge their 2 servers into 1, said version of the game that corresponds to the developers, which would be espected in the first place to have a really decent amount of players, enough to fill the 2 servers?
Answer: What is the lack of players in main version of game again?
-Why dramas exist on big communities like TW?
Answer: What is a bunch of unfulfilled IRL people and teens being dark and edgy online? Also why will this be 10 times worse if we get an international release?
-Why did people leave TW to return to KR?
Answer: What's the stockholm syndrome?
-Why has HK the lowest foreign community?
Answer: What is TW?
-Why does the AH of HK version have no items and variety, comparing to other versions?
Answer: What is playing the game and farm some UD's/TMQ's?
I just think all versions are flawed, even the future international if it gets released. Download the 3 versions and get the hat that suits your head I think. Nowadays almost all people have unlimited net traffic or big ass cap anyways.

I agree. I have all 3 and for the most part KR plays the smoothest but not many English or Foreign (heard that people are migrating back? that's awesome!). TW has English speaking players up the wazoo, but lags crazy and some quests,Lvling up and tmq can be ridiculously easy. HK doesn't have as much foreign players but it has a little bit of a better balance that TW and they offer cheaper items for sale. Kr receives updates first (Papaya Islands, Flight, etc..). You'll hear this a lot but; at the end of the day figure out which one suits you. KR accounts can become time consuming to make, as for TW/HK you can make accounts with your eyes closed. I personally bought me a Korean Account for DBO around December of 2010. Till this day it works for me like a charm only cost me 7-8 bucks (that goes for people who don't trust buying accounts). So again it depends on what your preference is.

Would be great if everyone had a global view of things like you, instead we get these "fights" where people try to justify that they play on the best version of the game by bad talking the others versions just because they dont play it.
I mean jesus take for example the stuff of KR people spam all day about having new content first. Its that a real BIG FEATURE? I don't think so cause if I wait months without new content I think most people can survive waiting a couple weeks for that content. Its nice getting it first but also you dont have to wait that long usually for it to hit other games.
I think if Citrate made a sticky with the ups and downs of each version we would stop getting this mess of "my game its betters then yours because I play on it"
