When I started I had no idea what to focus my attacks on, so I sort of spread them out onto everything, except for buffs. xD This build any good, or trash?

I'm kinda believing #1
If you choose to put in one point when playing TW, do nothing more. The % difference isn't worth it with the nerfed cooldown reduction. Any other version, I recommend putting as much as you can into it.
