did i said that TW never ever had CD reduction in % in the past? i said it dont have it now, cause they saw it was ruining the gameplay, what KR still cant figure out. read twice what i type before telling me to shut up.

And since tw doesnt have cd use properties and dex earring
And focus CC rings

Then the CD reduction in TW is useless?, whoa!, then HUMANS are useless too, one of the better MA's things is the CD reduction them have. :S

TW is pretty much an anti-human server. Crits and cooldown are both screwed up. As far as CD reduction being unfair, it's pretty much the only thing MAs have going for them that separates us from the other species soo...not that unbalanced imo.

The fact is that the entire TW community is pretty ****ed up,and a little part is our fault,expecially for the human thing: let's start with part of the game,too much players on humans(US too but i do not include everyone)->Human players asks Wasabii to get benefits or they don't pay->Namekians and majin players got raged saying that they would leave the game if this happens,easy shortcut->CD cooldown ****ed up->humans are useless if they don't get good gears->But the marketing is screwed,so now there are OP prices for humans.
That's the problem with TW,but i don't want to discuss on this since i'm probably already off-topic,in my opinion the best gears for a fighter is like Ronhell said,i'm probably wrong but since i played both version(HK much like KR) i can say there are too much differences to put those things on numbers,just try to get the best gear you can have,knowing of course waht you can get and what you want to get,fighter is most dodge a-like,but get at least nice hit rate gear cause TW fighter hit rate is not so high(Even in KR but i noticed i little,not so much,lower).

jacket: +dex, pants: +foc, boots: +con/dex.
weapon and sub weapon: +m.crit dmg %
acc: depends on ur enemy (in earring use dex)

if go party. use
jacket: lp% abs, pants: lp% abs, boots: +con/dex
weapon and sub weapon: +m.crit dmg %
acc: depends on ur enemy (in earring use dex/props)
