I dont see how cranes might get the most powerfull class on taiwan, you have to remember all crane DoTs are fixed value, by that you also have to remember we dont have cooldown reduction. So the most overpower class that will come to taiwan with those new gears with more defense and more stats are the SK's as always their curse and leech life will tear other classes down.
