I was wondering if reinstaling dbo works because i tried all that remove lang0.pak stuff it doesnt work and yes i have used the DBO.exe to bypass the launcher but still wont work i just want a yes or no answer

Only reinstalling won't solve your problem, follow my guide it worked for everyone ^^
Reinstalling will solve the problem, you just have to completely remove the DBO files before attempting to install again. You don't need perfect uninstaller for that, just go to your Computer (OS, C:, etc) and search for DBO and then delete every file that pops up. Make sure that you uninstalled the game in your control panel first though.

It didn't work for some people who did the reinstall and remove the files,, perfect unistaller removes the DBO from registeries as well, thats something you should know
Ermmm...then those people didn't search because I'm seeing registry files, program files, and app files within the initial search. This doesn't include the other files that will pop up when I tell my computer to do the full search -_-;
