And you haven't touched your lang0.pak, the English patch or anything like that?

No clue if this has been posted somewhere else but..

For some who might still have trouble. only suggestion i can give is to try choosing the secondary option in the DBO installer, (the repair option). mine seems to work after i did that. though i still get a error message when the launcher is done patching etc.

I just ate my own words. apparently this is a screwed up update issue. Sorry. I guess this had nothing to do with updating early. Now time for me to find a fix...

good thing is, i think a new lang0 from the Taiwanese Version Discussion just got it to work again. YAY! i give thanks to betasutty's fix post.

Guys, I think the only way you can solve the patch problem definitely is to reinstall the game again. What I mean by doing that is to download the installer from wasabii web (http://dbo.wasabii.com.tw/DB_Download/client.shtml) and reinstall the entire game again. That is what I did yesterday when I could not log in. It worked for me (the English patch as well). The launcher will start downloading the update from the Version_1.51.72 to the Version_1.57.21, which is the current one. I hope this can help the people who had problems on this.

I'll try that. And besides, betasutty's new lang0.pak file has one issue: my launcher always acts like it's repatching the game over and over again. I've heard from a couple of posts that some people got this new update to work by reinstalling.

Reinstall this is the solution :)
