yes its that armor, the lvl 58 one. the better the grade, the higher stats it have, so legendary is the best. prices are different since u want the best gear it will cost more. depends on what server u are the price will be diferent. if u are on TW server 1 like me, prices for a good piece of armor can go from 300m up to 1b. for example, i have paid 800m my jacket with 28 dex.

if u dont wanna pay that much or u dont know how to make money and aim on lower stats, i would recomend u geting a full lvl 49 set (TMQ6) instead, since the stats are lower but much easier to upgrade with u55 white stones being cheaper nowdays

I would say Foc guys sorry. Fighters hit rate is not the best and in HK a lot of people max SOLAR FLARE 40% less hit rate. Fighters already has ****y hit rate and I go with FOC. but I you can just get a 8 SLOT scouter and get 1105LP chip with a 897LP chip. or it might be a 807 LP chip if you do not have room.

i paid 500m a legendary stick 29% M.crit just a few days ago, everything is expensive here but at the same time i can sell something for a high price. this is our economy and if u buy/sell something for thousands/milions/bilions whats the difference? they are just numers anyway. for example i can sell any rare earring lv 60 for 150m+ or legendary scouter lv 60 for 1b on my server, how much can u sell it for on yours?

TW is for PAYPAL users, of course, with a credit card -.- , i've credit card, but the prices for all things isn't worth :S . The TW is for rich people instead that the game still beta...

Boots is the only thing i need now, i've tried boxing them (i want 28 DEX, or nothing) so far i got 26 DEX 2 times, and 27 DEX 1 time which i sold em all.

i started to play on TW server 1 on october 2011 and around 2 months ago i didnt had any of this equips. i never used real cash on this game and i dont find it hard at all, or for "PAYPAY USERS ONLY". compared to other free online games this is perfectly balanced (i talk about game difficult) i dont know how hard the game is on KR or anywhere else, but i dont like if the game is too easy. also 0 CD on KR is disappointing me a lot making DBO official game looks more like a private server of DBO where game is super easy and not fun at all.

tw have cd in % before u play. if you do not know too much, dont talk.

TW dont have CD reduction in %.... maybe you shouldnt talk u.u

they have since lv 38 cap. in open beta. if dont believe ask other veteran players in this forum.
