yeah i got the same problem but go to dbo file > Localize > TW > Pack > take away Lang0.pack from that file (Dont deleted it yet) > click on DBO or DBO.exe and you can enter there but no english patch work and it is not TW writting it is KR
Removed these 4 files from "C:\Program Files (x86)\DBO_CT_TW\localize\TAIWAN\pack"
When start launcher,get eror but game work.And run it as admin.
And delete lang0.pak file too.

And here you go,DBO on english again. :)

Lol that doesn't work i was trying to use that new Lang0.pak and it gives me the same error as launcher when i take it that file away and set the old lang0.pak some are from the pack and not from localize i get in but not with english patch....
and one more thing why schould we deleted the old lang0.pak it is the same anyway -.-
