All my guild have the same error.

I'm having the same problem. I usually would download the latest patch from "http://dbo.wasabii.com.tw/DB_Download/client.shtml" but they dont have the appropriate downloads up currently.
Maintenance was "8:00 - 14:00" which was suppose to be over 20 minutes ago. Hopefully there is not something screwy going on other than Maintenance has extended a little over its set time.
