It depends if you are a really hardcore gamer than go with the logitech, but inmy opinion a keyboard is a keyboard so i would go with the sidewinder since it has all the ncessities of a keyboard and is cheap. No worries about durability here because both of them have 1 yr warranties

Dude if you want a Real Gaming Keyboard i'll find a good looking one for you .... besides how can you play at night and be able to see ur keys unlike those my Keyboard Glows Red in the dark between all the keys with just a little bit of gold surrounding my S-1 through S-12 keys.
This is Basically what i have and i love it XD

@Will if you are a computer user for longer than 1-2 years you should be able to type without looking at the keyboard...
I'd go for the microsoft one not only it's cheaper but its made by microsoft. Hmm how do i put it sometimes i buy hardware and then i notice it's not windows 7 compatible and stuff.
Basically avoiding possible problems and thanks for answering me about the "grand" part rich boi D:

i feel more comfy with the sidewinder, the macro stuff is the best and very simple, i also have the X8 mouse. i've been using both to play starcraf 2, FPS games and DBO.
now about Quality, i choose side winder becouse it has only one defect and that is the paint.
the Logitec it has 2 defects, tends to brake in the electrical junctions and the materia of what it's made is not the best.
So this is just my experince with both, i kinda wanted to sugest to u to get both to get the full experience,
but is up to you mate,
chosse wisely.
cheers.

Nothing it's basically just to brag, you don't need those Keyboards at all a normal one does too, I have the same **** as Will and mine is in a Laptop and was probably cheaper.
You don't need the most awesome Mouse as well for DBO, LOL thats like buying new tires for a car thats about to break down, you will need a good mouse when you play competitive FPS games, if so I'd buy a Mouse from the Steelseries, probably Sensei I think.
OH and
