As you've probably noticed, I've implemented a number of changes to the site. In addition to the obvious visual changes, I've also upgraded a number of the site's features:
Homepage: - Now more prominantly displays the most active forum threads
- Shows the 3 latest news posts from the official Korean, Japanese, and Taiwanese websites + the most recent "Karin's Notes" off the Korean website
Forums: - The Taiwanese forum will now display notifications at the top of the page during, and 1 hour before, Maintenance and Dragon Ball Drop periods.
Chatbox: - Removed the chatbox and replace it with a chatroom (more chatroom options here)
- Instead of sitting on the forum homepage, the chatroom can follow you as you browse the site/forums
- Since this is an IRC chatroom, you can also connect to it through an IRC client
Skill Database/Skill Calculator: - Mousing over a skill will now show the skill's effect instantly
- Users can now easily submit updates to the skill database (more info here)
- Removed the non-English language skill calculators. If you have a non-English language DBO fansite that you'd like to use the calculator with, get in touch with me and I'll give you everything you need to host it on your own website.
Interactive Maps- Added map for the Porunga South zone
- Can now move the map around with the W, A, S, and D keys
Emblem Creator
If anyone has any comments, suggestions, or complaints about any of the changes, you can post them in this thread. As of right now, many of the old links (say to builds created with the skill calculator) do not properly redirect to the new tools, but they should by the end of today.
Edit: Some people are having problem with how bright the site is. I'll see what I can do about this, but in the meantime, if you really can't stand it, you can change back to the old forum design here: http://dbocom.com/forum/profile.php?do=editoptions (under Forum Skin). Some of the features though are tied to the skin, so if you switch back you won't see them anymore.

It looks nice. Difficult to navigate atm, finding this and that, but I suppose any change takes time to get used to.
I see a problem already though, if you check guild pages, pictures aren't showing up properly.

there is that too, i wouldn't mind a skin change ability, cause i like my pages with a nice black.

Changes look pretty good actually! Though I think level requirements in skill calculator would be really usefull.
