Okay so I try logging into DBO.exeand every things alright up until this happens I enter my user name then password and then I click Login and nothing happens the Login box is just grayed out until like 14 seconds have passed

The problem lies in your Internet connection. Try and turn off your modem/computer for 5-10 minutes and it should work after that!
