All are terrible you don't want Energy bullets or super energy bullets because of the cast time

they don't have a cast time, they do however have an animation time, but tbh those 2 skills are required in a DC kid build. due to the dmg is pretty good and also super energy bullets has an effect which stops the user gaining rp for a period of time.
