Holy... See, this is why I should have seen Thor.
I didn't realize that The Infinity Gauntlet itself had actually appeared, and that's why I was placing my bets on Thanos War, which involves The Avengers more heavily. Only a handful of the movie Avengers were really involved with The Infinity Gauntlet. (which, coincidentally, I happen to be reading right now) You'd have to switch up a lot of character roles to get this to work. In particular, the Silver Surfer is a pretty major character in the miniseries, and I don't see him even being considered for this. They could potentially work in Dr. Strange as a side character, since apparently, there are plans for making a movie about him, which could also potentially introduce Adam Warlock if necessary. (although if we're getting a Strange adaptation, the villain is almost certainly going to be Dormammu) I think that a different cast and a stand alone film would be better for The Infinity Gauntlet, but I'm not complaining if we get it adapted in some form or another. (Though Marvel really should do a different animated version around the same time for good measure, so they can have a lot more freedom with the cast, and as a result, the accuracy to the original comic.)

3D was kinda useless with this movie IMO

I think that it was okay, but it could have been better. For instance, they did a few good scenes with flying shrapnel... but everything they did with that, I have to say, Transformers just did better. Say what you will about the other parts of those films, as I have a ton of quips with them, even as a large fan of the series, but the special effects were fantastic, and they didn't slouch on what they did with the 3D.
