i have to character on one account

1 character works
and the other stays in logging in loading screen forever
how do i get to the other character??

Depending on what level it is. i would delete it if its under lvl 20. If not i would re-install the game.

Hmm. I would say delete the game but keep the set-up. then re-do the set up and see if that works
