I made a new character and went to do the power up time leap quest and got the skill but I didn't finish it cause grandpa gohan kept using knockdown on me and i tried using rp but nothing happened.

^ i had that, so i just left.

spend half hour getting kamehameha'd.

I have a question i found grandpa gohans quest where you get goku outta the space pod and return him i also did the one where i fought grandpa gohan then i stopped for a while and logged out then when the game started back up i wasnt there anymore i was back on namek is there anyway i can go back?

im on the first time leap quest with grandpa gohan and goku and idk what to do gohan keeps hitting me with kamehameha and i cant hit him back

all you need to do, is home tele.. or just leave.

i cant find the location for the second time leap quest (human) i have to do something particular to see the vortex or i just go in the right place And one more thing is there a problem with my lvl (12)

Erh I've done that rp charged attack at gohan 500 times now, he still doesnt do ****.. Help??

Its a bug, also doing the rp charged attack isn't mandatory, so just leave as you have already received the rp charge skill.
My level 33 couldn't even hit Grandpa Gohan will a charged attack lol - epic dodge D:
