Note*
your main damage in pve is fast normal hits, you need a subweapon with 20%+ attack speed.
Kioken + poko blitz + sub weapon with 20%+ attack speed = Beast dps.
(i personally also have my dogi hat +5% speed)
Since speed is capped at 50%, get ur main weapon with alot focus.

CD is 15 seconds.
LP heal is 3332 + energy attack
