If your're like me and get this message "現在無法使用Launcher。
如持續發生相同問題時請聯絡客服。" whenever you open your launcher. it could be due to an IP Ban to fix that follow this guide

NOTE Only works ON WINDOWS
Computer connected directly to the modem
Get to a command prompt. (START, run, cmd).

Type "ipconfig /release" (without the quotes, on the command line by itself).
Type "ipconfig /renew" (without the quotes, on the command line by itself).

Windows (second option)

- Computer connected directly to the modem
Get to a command prompt. (START, run, cmd).
Type "ipconfig /release" (without the quotes).
Shut down computer.
Turn off computer.
Turn off all ethernet hubs/switches.
Turn off cable/DSL modem.
Leave off overnight.
Turn everything back on.

If that does not work try re installing

the.. Leave off Overnight is very unnecessary..

a simple. Release then Reboot of the Router/Modem is absolutely fine

you can just use this aswell.

if i got a fixed ip and i get that error message, theres no other way to fix this? hehe

Your fix is not going to always work. A friend of mine had this problem and it didn't help, he ended up having to restore his computer to factory to fix it(since he hadn't saved a backup).

All the error says is "You can not use the Launcher now.
If the same problem persists, please contact customer service."

It doesn't tell you what the problem is or even give an error code like a good error message would, just tells you to ask for help. So this error could have a huge range of causes, from maintenance to a corrupt system file which is probably what my friend had.

So, this fix will not always work.

.. true. but a system sounds pretty stupid , i'm sure a reinstall should fix the dbo issues, if not, i would redownload a patch.

Just unplug every cable and replug it after 5 mins (comp & modem). Worked for me last time i got this annyoing problem.

He tried redownloading, reinstalling, repatching, ip release/renew, restarting his computer and manual patching, and then I got on his computer via Teamviewer and tried all of those again myself. Nothing worked but restoring his computer fixed it.

Cause i have that at the moment.
