guys i think u all misjudge everything, u probably didnt lost anything at all, if u where playing at servers : 4,5,6 or 7 before maintance, u suppose to be player of server 1 now, u cant check your accounts atm cuz server 1 is locked, so simply u r going to server 2 and since u didnt have any characters there u r thinking that everything u got was deleted, em I right ? cuz seriously how u can tell u loose everything not being able to check ?

u r just entering wrong server guys, wait till server 1 will be opened again, cuz probably u will find all your charas there.
