Hello, im stuck at step 4...
the other NPC across, doesnt have any quests...
but as it says,
You can do this step, the next one, and a few others before you reach level 30, but you'll have to wait until level 30 to complete the quest line. If, when you begin to focus on becoming an adult, you notice that some of the quests aren't there, it's probably because you've done them already at an earlier level.
i wonder where to continue?
